Tomi Lahren reportedly ‘banned’ from The Blaze after saying she’s pro-choice

Political commentator Tomi Lahren has been ousted from her gig at The Blaze, a conservative media network founded by Glenn Beck.

Lahren was initially suspended from her position after she declaring that she was pro-choice during an appearance on The View. “I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government, but I think that the government should decide what women should do with their bodies,” Lahren explained during the segment.

Her comments drew criticism from conservatives, and Beck deemed Lahren a “hypocrite.”

Now, according to a report in The New York Post’s Page Six, Lahren has been “banned permanently” from the network. A source told the publication that Beck could not tolerate Lahren’s comments because he seeks to “reinvent” himself as a prominent conservative voice — and to salvage his struggling media company.

“He’s trying to balance being a leading conservative thinker and also someone who can unify the country,” the source said. “He just couldn’t sit by and watch as Tomi Lahren said there’s no way for conservatives to justify anything other than being pro-choice.”
