Rudy Giuliani may be all-in to stump for Donald Trump, but his daughter, Caroline Giuliani, isn’t joining him. In fact, she told The New York Daily News, she’s a huge Hillary Clinton supporter. “I can confirm that I do support Hillary Clinton for president. Enthusiastically,” she said.
In an interview with Politico, Caroline, who has edited her profile picture on Facebook to include the Clinton campaign’s famous arrow logo, expanded on her support of the Democratic nominee. “I love Hillary, I think she’s by far the most qualified candidate that we’ve had in a long while,” said Caroline. Her father, she added, was “fully comfortable with it and thinks I have a right to my opinion.” She had also supported Obama in 2012, and even in 2008, when her father was also running for president.
Giuliani has not commented on his daughter’s support of the Democratic nominee, but he has announced that he would be taking leave from Greenberg Traurig LLP, a law firm he joined earlier this year, in order to campaign for Trump full time.
