“Anytime, anywhere”

Canada’s P.M. Justin Trudeau shared a photo of his wife breastfeeding on Twitter

“Let’s support mothers to breastfeed anytime, anywhere,” the caption read.

Grégoire Trudeau, who said earlier this year that she was having a hard time breastfeeding Hadrien, was one of thousands of mothers who shared photos of themselves breastfeeding for the awareness campaign, taking “brelfies” to try to remove stigma from breastfeeding in public and encourage mothers worldwide to breastfeed. Another Canadian government official, Stephanie McLean, also shared a picture of herself breastfeeding her 5-month-old son in her office.
