The Underdahl family of Post Falls, Idaho, celebrated its first baby girl in the family since 1914. “I wasn’t mentally prepared for a girl,” said mother Ashton Underdahl, according to KREM2.

Baby Auerelia broke a 101-year streak when she was born on April 12 and the family began researching its line. Underdahl’s father-in-law “dug in” and found only boys, she said.

“Pink was a shock. Headbands, the girl aisle is overwhelming,” Underdahl said.
