Ehsan Abdulaziz, a 46-year old millionaire real estate developer who was accused of raping an 18-year old in his apartment in London, but claimed he had tripped and accidentally penetrated her, has been found not guilty. The alleged victim had gone to Abdulaziz’s apartment with a friend after a night in a London club and fell asleep on his sofa while he was having sex with her friend in the bedroom. She claims she woke up to him forcing himself on her,  but the businessman asserted she had pulled him on top of her and placed his hand between her legs. Abdulaziz said he then fell when she pulled him towards her, telling the court: “I’m fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened.” While his semen and DNA was found inside of the alleged victim, he claims he possibly still had semen on his hand from having sex with her 24-year old friend earlier. The man was cleared on one count of rape. The jury acquitted him after only 30 minutes of deliberations.
