Comedian and talk show host under fire for misogynist act

Steve Harvey, who enjoys a bountiful career as a standup comedian, host of a daytime talk-show and host of Family Feud, found himself in hot water over an episode of his talk-show last week. It was described as a “men-only hatefest” by a columnist at The Daily Dot. The episode, titled “What Men Really Think,” was aimed at doing some plumbing of the male psyche, but it quickly turned ugly, according to The Daily Dot. Harvey paraded women in front of an audience of 2,000 men and let them ask the horde for dating advice. Predictably, the whole thing quickly devolved into catcalling and booing. One woman was booed for having denied her boyfriend sex. Harvey, The Daily Dot points out, has somehow made a career out of misogyny and gone largely unchecked by the mainstream media. Want evidence?
