New moms at Adobe will now be offered 26 weeks of paid maternity leave, an increase of 14 weeks over the most recent policy. In an interview with Reuters, Donna Morris, a senior vice president at Adobe, said, “We join an industry movement to better support our employees while striving towards increased workforce diversity.”
