The new World Trade Center, which has been open since November, recently welcomed its youngest visitor: a woman gave birth on a PATH concourse inside the building around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, Marwa Adrabo was headed to the hospital with her husband and her two-year-old son when she went into labor. Brian McGraw, one of the three police officers on the scene, had trained as an emergency medical technician, and was able to assist in the delivery. Adrabo and her healthy newborn daughter were taken to New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital in an ambulance.
