Members of the royal family gathered at a church in the English countryside on Sunday for the christening of little Princess Charlotte. The ceremony was intimate, with about 20 guests on hand, and featured a few nods to nostalgia. The pram Kate pushed two-month-old Charlotte in is owned by the Queen and was used at the christenings of Princes Andrew and Edward. There were tributes to Diana, most notably with one of the names Charlotte was baptized under being a nod to the People’s Princess. And there were plenty of photos taken of Charlotte and her cute big brother George, who wore a pair of fire-engine red shorts.
