During her normal commute to work on Thursday morning, North Carolina resident Debbi Dills spotted a man driving a vehicle that looked like the one driven by Dylann Storm Roof, the suspect wanted for allegedly carrying out a shooting massacre that killed nine in a historic South Carolina church. She trusted her instincts and phoned her boss, Todd Frady, to ask for help. He alerted the police while Dills continued following the car so she could retrieve the license plate number for the police. In the end, she got the number and the police apprehended him in short order.
