Long-lost siblings find each other on Tinder

When 24-year-old Erik de Vries swiped right on Josephine Egberts, he had “absolutely no idea” she might be anything other than a romantic prospect. Their conversation was flirtatious at first–as most on the dating app are–but as it progressed, they began to realize just how much they had in common. Both had parents who’d split during a nasty divorce 15 years earlier; both had siblings they’d lost track of. (After their parents split, de Vries went to live with his father in Belgium, along with his twin brother, while Egberts was raised by their mother in the Dutch city of Breda.) Fortunately, figured out their relationship before they met and avoided any a really awkward situation that would take this story to a whole other level.
