The girl became pregnant two times, was forced to have an abortion in both cases, and attempted suicide at least four times. While her mother reportedly knew about the abuse, she stayed silent. It was only when the girl herself confided in a schoolteacher that the behavior was reported to police and the three men responsible arrested. The girl is now in custody of her aunt.
