A well-respected former school principal from Japan has allegedly admitted to having paid for sex more than 12,000 times. He says he frequented prostitutes in the Philippines where he worked as a school principal for three years. But after moving back to Japan, he continued returning to the Philippines, which is notorious for sex tourism, for more than a quarter century, authorities said. Police said they finally arrested the man, now 64, when he was caught with pornographic photo that he had allegedly taken of a teenage girl.
