Although Hillary Clinton hasn’t announced whether she’ll run for president, her chief of staff, Huma Abedin, reportedly just signed a lease for two floors at an office building in Brooklyn. According to the building’s website, Clinton will be working in “modern offices,” while feeling very “Brooklyn cool.” It’s suspected that the site will be Hillary Clinton’s campaign headquarters, which will be a convenient commute for her team with proximity to a dozen subway lines and another dozen bus lines. Their neighbors will include Morgan Stanley and the office of the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York. It’s unclear whether the space was signed for Clinton’s expected campaign, but if it that’s the case, she now has 15 days to file a campaign committee, according to the Federal Election Commission. The clock continues to tick as the world anxiously awaits her official announcement.
