A new data visualization map put together by Expert Market, an office supplies company, shows which nations have the most women in management roles. The top three countries with women bosses are all below the equator. Jamaica ranks No. 1 with 59.3 percent of managers being female. Colombia snagged second place with 53.1 percent and St. Lucia rounds out the top three at 52.3 percent. The U.S. ranks 15th globally with 42.7 percent, easily outpacing its North American neighbors Canada and Mexico. Who’s the worst in the world? That would be Pakistan, with just three percent of managers in the workforce who are female.
