Amanda Knox cleared of murder charges

The Italian Supreme Court forever cleared Amanda Knox her former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito of Meredith Kercher’s 2007 murder in Perugia, Italy. The case has drawn the world’s attention throughout the past eight years as Knox and Sollecito were first found guilty in 2009, acquitted on appeal in 2011, and found guilty again in 2014–that final guilty verdict the one just annulled by Italy’s highest court.
