Rihanna speaks out on becoming face of Dior

Iconic French fashion plate Christian Dior announced last week that it signed Rihanna to replace Charlize Theron as the face of the brand and to star in the last installment of its “Secret Garden” campaign. The songstress is the first woman of color to be the face of Dior, and now she’s speaking out about the news. “To be acknowledged by Dior means a lot, as a woman,” she said, adding that her new position in the world of fashion will also be pivotal for “a lot of young girls of any color.”
