Actress Ashley Judd is the latest woman to find herself on the receiving end of vile, sexually threatening remarks on Twitter. Just two weeks ago, Curt Schilling’s daughter was the target of sexually-charged bullying on the social media platform. Judd, who’s flirted with running for Congress, must’ve said something inflammatory on Twitter to trigger the nasty remarks, right? Why yes — she had the temerity to tweet support for her beloved Kentucky Wildcats, of which she’s a noted fan. Judd retweeted one example of the invective lobbed her way by a misogynistic sports fan, and, during an appearance on MSNBC, said she plans to press charges against those who were behind some of the more abusive remarks.
